The Runs

No this page isn’t about toilet humor. It’s really about running. I’ve got a wonderful Garmin Forerunner 305 that tracks all my runs. However I’d like to make things a little more public with dates and such, so I’ll be posting them on this page below. The table is what will change, not likely this text part.
All of my runs since May 23, 2009 are in my Nike Air Zoom Structure Taix+ 12 that I purchased from the Running Room, Eau Claire in Calgary. I also bought a pair of awesome WrightSock socks but should have purchased the 3-pack instead.

So that’s the runs so far. This page will be updated quite regularly I’m hoping.

*Leisurely walk by the river pushing a stroller. Decided to measure the distance, but it still counts as activity and distance.
†Plus a 0.25 mile warmup & cool down at ~4.8± mph
