		<description>I&#039;ve run into issues before where the previous designer or developer &quot;owns&quot; or has full control over the domain, and yet is unresponsive to emails or phone calls.

The client HAS to have full control over the domain, just in case... you don&#039;t know what will happen in the future. Of course, the the client also has to understand that they shouldn&#039;t mess with things they don&#039;t understand.  

I agree with lyndseo above -- this sort of thing should be outlined in the contract.</description>
